Stephanie is an incredible teacher to work with. Her flexibility and versatility is inspiring. I have never felt better about the growth in my vocal abilities and Stephanie had been a huge part in that growth. She makes singing and growing as a singer so accessible and comfortable and truly individualizes the experience. I love my time with her!

I've had numerous vocal directors in my life, but none have been so keenly able to curate coaching so specific to my needs and abilities as a singer as Stephanie Walters. I've experienced more progress and growth in 6 short months with her than in my entire vocal experience put together.

Since taking lessons with Stephanie, my vocal talent has improved immensely. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable and will find whatever ways she can to ensure you succeed. She is a kind and compassionate teacher and with her lessons, I am a better singer.

I have been working with Stephanie for about a year and a half now and she has helped me so much. I never thought I would be able to find the control in my voice that I have and Stephanie has shown me very effective techniques and practice that has made me the performer I am today.

Within moments of talking to Stephanie, it is clear she knows so much about the voice. Her sessions are productive, customized, challenging, yet totally relaxed! We always have a good laugh and tons of epiphanies about ways to make my voice closer to how I want it to sound. I've always heard things like "don't sing from your throat" or "use the mask" and so many other things that made no practical sense to me. Stephanie was the first voice instructor I've had who helped grow my vocal awareness and has used practical tools to help me gain more consistency in placing my voice in that "magical" place everyone always talks about. I can't believe some of the sounds that come out of my mouth with ease, I feel like I can sing anything!

Stephanie has been extremely encouraging and supportive throughout this journey. Her unique approach combines her training and personal experiences to help identify and achieve my vocal goals. In addition, she provides a comfortable space to share my thoughts and feelings, which has encouraged me to experiment and grow.

I have had an amazing time learning under Kayla. Exploring my voice for the first time felt daunting, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and safe to express myself. In every lesson, I knew I would enter a space where I was respected and uplifted by Kayla, and it made learning to sing such an enjoyable experience. Additionally, the techniques that we practiced have not only improved my skills markedly, but they have helped me maintain my vocal health (which was a huge concern considering reflux, allergies, and overall tendency to lose my voice). Overall, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to learn with Kayla!

Stephanie started working with me back in September 2023. Since then, I have personally noticed a great transformation in my voice and how I approach material. With her wealth of knowledge, singing tools/methods at her disposal, and her overall kind and patient demeanor, Stephanie makes a phenomenal voice coach to people of all levels of experience! Stephanie has such an open and welcoming approach to voice lessons. When I started with her I hadn't sung in roughly 4 years so I was very rusty, but she was extremely patient and open. She helped me to see that with time, practice, and good technique my singing goals were absolutely achievable. Her optimism and demystifying of this thing that can be incredibly intimidating has been so wonderful and makes lessons an absolute pleasure.

Kayla is a fantastic teacher who is extremely patient and works her hardest with students to ensure that they get the results they desire. She is also extremely friendly and provides a relaxing atmosphere free of judgement, which allows her lessons to go smoothly. Kayla knows how to get students to relax with fun exercises but is also able to refocus students in order to have a more serious lesson.

I have loved taking vocal lessons with Stephanie! As a classical pianist, I was excited to explore musical expression through a new skill and Stephanie makes this fun and it's something I look forward to every week. She is very open about physical and mental health which helps me feel comfortable and supported. I like how she approaches singing as not only a form of creativity but also a means of relaxation. I have gained a lot of confidence as a singer, musician, and person through this experience.
